We ship from New Jersey and it could take 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
+ Is a signature required for delivery ?
Yes, UPS requires a signature for delivery.
+ Does it have a seat belt ?

+ What if I am left handed, how will I control?
We set the joystick control to your hand choice preference. We will set the control to the left side for you if you are left handed.

Depending on frequency of use, most of customers charge their wheelchair once a month.
+ Can I use it in the rain ?
The chair is not water/weatherproof so we don't recommend use in inclement weather, safety first! Some customers use an oversize rain poncho that drapes around the chair to keep it dry in light rain or drizzle.
+ Can I take on cruise ships ?

+ Will this wheelchair fit in my car ?
This wheelchair will fit in most vehicles, call us to discuss, we like to talk
+ How many batteries does the wheelchair have ?
2 batteries. You also have the ability to add a third battery for even more power and increased driving range.
+ Do you warranty your chair ?
Yes, we have a warranty period from date of purchase
+ Can you ship to me in another country ?
Perhaps, kindly contact us to work out the details.
+ Can I take on a plane ?
Yes, but call the airline for wheelchair flying instructions as some airlines will require you to remove the batteries or instruct you to either check the wheelchair in as luggage. Consult with the airline to determine their procedure or process. Airline rules and procedures are constantly changing so we instruct you to call your airline ahead of time.
